Bodies, up to 50 vehicles trapped in bridge wreckage, officials say
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (CNN) -- As many as 50 vehicles are trapped in the rubble of an interstate bridge collapse, and officials said Thursday it could take five days or longer to search the wreckage.

Road Construction Saved Flip Saunders' Life
Nobody is ever happy to have their ride home slowed due to road construction, but it may have saved Flip Saunders' life. After speaking at Tubby Smith's basketball camp, Saunders was driving home yesterday afternoon when the 35W bridge collapsed:
"I usually take the 35W bridge, but the ramp was closed," Saunders said Thursday from Minneapolis in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. "My daughter was driving in a car right behind me when the bridge collapsed - about 20 yards away from us. It sounded like a bomb when it dropped."
